Meaning they last longer and are better for your hair than store-bought alternatives may contain inferior ingredients, superfluous fillers, and harsh chemicals that can, in the long run, damage your hair’s health…………………………………………………………………………2. Heat Tools and Hot water will dry out your hair and also strip your color! Dry hair causes radial and axial cracking along the edges of the hair cuticle, which makes your hair weaker and can lead to breakage, chipping and split ends. Always use a heat protectant, especially when using heat tools and always wash with lukewarm water…………………………………………………………………………3. Stress can live in the body for a lot longer than we think! And can affect everything in the body and the hair is included in that! Stress can push hair follicles into a “resting” phase so that they don’t produce new hair strands. Second, an increase in stress can make your scalp produce more oil. This may disrupt your scalp’s microflora balance, which often causes flaking and itching. Letting go of stress can have massive improvements on your hair and overall happiness ☺️
